OSLO, Norway (Nov. 16, 2018) The Wasp-class amphibious assault ship USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7) departs Oslo, Norway following a scheduled port visit, Nov. 16, 2018. Iwo Jima is currently underway after participating in Trident Juncture 2018, which is a NATO-led exercise designed to certify NATO response forces and develop interoperability among participating NATO Allied and partner nations.
