(Perkins) Shannon, was born in Kennebunkport, Me., October10, I 8 16. He was educated at Thornton Academy, Saco, Me.,and entered the mercantile business. He married, July 13, 1852,Elizabeth Littletield, of Saco, Me. 34 THK SHANNON Mr. Shannon resided for some time in Philadelphia, Pa.,and died at Dorchester, Mass., Novemher 27, 1881.
