The nave, 98 feet by 55 feet, was of eight bays, the choirof two bays, 36 feet, with a presbytery beyond; the transept was shallow,and measured 75 feet by 20 feet; the whole building being igo feet in length,and strongly resembling Lanercost in the arrangement of its eastern arm. The conventual buildings include, on the east side, in TransitionalNorman, a sacristy, called the Chapel of St. Modan, 24 feet by 13 feet
