There was little ventilation, the advantageof fresh air is a subject that is not studied in Russia,notwithstanding the abundance of that article, and thebuilders of prisons have little knowledge of sanitaryrequirements. And while these unhappy exiles are resting in theforwarding prison we will return for a time to Tambovand to those whom we last saw
