GOSS Of the Illinois Central Conferenceunited with this Conference in 1860 andwas granted a letter in 1864. COPElvAND United with Eel River Christian Con-ference in 1888, briii^L^iii^ his creden-tials from the Eastern Indiana Confer-ence. He was the able pastor ofWakarusa, Waterford, Goshen, Millers-burg, Collamer, Broadwa), Paw Paw,Dunfee and North Webster joined the Christian church at theage of 17. He entered the ministry in1880 and was ordained in 1882. He wasa man of fine physique, but during thewinter of 1894-95 he was taken serious-1} ill while conducting revival servicesat North Webster and was soon cold indeath. He was 43 years, 7 months and29 days of age, and fell while laboringhard and faithfullv. REV. AMOS BALDWIN Was one of the three charter membersof Conference and continued in theministry until 1847 when his name wasdropped from the roll. REV. DAVID W. FOWLER Was born in New York City in entered the ministry in 1842 andunited with Eel River Conference in1869. In 1878 he asked for a letter ofrecommendation which was grantedand he joined the North
