This Rossall Beach Trail information panel, north of Cleveleys, reads: 'Wild Sea Radish grows on western coasts and flowers from June to August. Plants that grow here are specially adapted to dry, salty conditions with special leaves and long roots to search out moisture. Some will disappear in winter and re-grow each spring.
