Senior leaders from the 21st Theater Sustainment Command pull a sled weighing 180 pounds as the last challenge during the physical fitness portion of the non-commissioned officer professional development, Feb. 15, on Panzer-Kaserne, Kaiserslautern, Germany. The NCOPD was hosted by Command Sgt. Maj. Kofie Primus, the senior enlisted advisor of the 21st TSC, and was aimed at first sergeants and detachment sergeants to enhance leadership skills across the formation.
