An annual banquet, social, and business meet-ing are held each year in connection with the Commencement Ex-ercises. This meeting is held in the First Church, North Side, Pitts-burgh, at P. M. of Commencement Day. At these annualmeetings the Association each year elects one of its members to serveon the Board of Directors for a term of three years. Alumni andfriends of the Institution are urged to attend. All members are requested to send to the Seminary Library copiesof such books, pamphlets, and important magazine articles as theymay have published. The officers for 1913-1914 are as follows: President, TheRev. W. Charles Wallace; Vice-President, The Rev. J. W. Harsha,D. D.; Secretary and Treasurer, The Rev. George A. 40 The Pittsburgh Theological Seminary Seminary Chairs The following chairs have been erected by the action of the Boardof Directors taken in May, 1900: The John T. Pressly Chair of Didactic and Polemic Theology. The David R. Kerr Chairof Ecclesiastical History and Church Government. The Alexander D. Clark Chairof New Testament Literature and Criticism. The Joseph T. Cooper Chairof Pastoral Theology and Homiletics. The Robert McLaughlin Chairof Old Testament Literature and Criticism. The endowment of the Clark and Cooper Chairs is incomplete,and is kept open for additional donations. In recognition of the valuable services rendered the Seminary bythe late Rev.
