A man watches the action from The Consulate General of the Russian Federation, located on Melville Street. Fast & Furious 9 has wrapped production in Edinburgh, after several weeks of filming for the latest movie in the high-octane car chase franchise. The last remaining scenes were shot today on Melville Street, a pretty Georgian terrace in the capital's West End. Stunt drivers, standing in for stars such as Vin Diesel, drove their muscle cars up and down the street, alongside camera vehicles. Fast & Furious 9 is due for release on 22 May 2020.
