Brandon Casper, 1st Sgt. of Foxtrot Co., case their unit colors during a transfer of authority ceremony held in an airport hangar. Foxtrot Co. is a part of Combined Joint Task Force – Operation Inherent Resolve. CJTF – OIR works with partner forces to defeat Daesh in designated areas and set conditions for follow-on operations to increase regional stability.
