Hehas served successfully as pastor in nine of our North CarolinaChurches and one in Kentucky during Seminary days. His administrative ability was recognized by our churches andbecause of his ability to relate to all people he was called as Super-intendent of Missions in the Carolina Association. He again enteredthe pastorate in 1950, and after two successful pastorates was calledinto administrative work in 1961 as Superintendent oi Mission in theBuncombe Association, where he has served for the past ten yearminutesofannuals7175bunc
