This strange craft is both a pump-out station for boats using Lake Powell and a restroom. Lake Powell has many boats, both private and rental, and during longer vacation periods they will need to clear out their holding tanks for foul water and waste. Whilst this is primarily for this purpose it also doubles as a restroom. it must be a different experience to visit a restroom by boat.
