Widmill in a farm in Sussex
Restored windmill at Shipley, West Sussex, England. This is an eight-sided smock mill (so-called because of its resemblance to an old-fashioned farm labourer’s smock. Built in 1879, it is the youngest and largest windmill in Sussex, and was owned after 1906 by the writer Hilaire Belloc.
