The Stone-built Dam At Lake Vyrnwy RSPB Reserve, Powys, Wales, UK


This Dam built in the 1880s, was the first of its kind in the world. The flooding of the Valley submerged the Village of Llanwddyn. The Reservoir Water was used to supply the City of Liverpool.
