After graduating hewent to Chicago, where he took a posi-tion as salesman with the Senour Manu-facturing Company the same year inwhich it started in business. After some years he became salesmanager and subsequently vice-presi-dent. In 1893 there was a-reorganizationof the company, when its name waschanged to the Martin-Senour Company,at which time Mr. Martin became presi-dent and general manager, which posi-tions he has filled ever Z.
