The Bodemuseum seen from the Spree river with the Television Tower in the background. It was designed by Ernst von Ihne and opened in 1904. It was badly damaged in the Second World War. It now houses the the Sculpture Collection, the Numismatic Colletion and works from the Gemäldegalerie - Old Master Paintings.
