The electric locomotives tobe used are similar to the oneexhibited by the General Elec-tric Company at the WorldsFair, weighing 30 tons andhaving a maximum speed offifty miles an hour. The feeders proposed are old rails having the endsjoined with the ordinarysplice bar, and bonded withcopper equal to the carryingcapacity of the rail.
