A meeting of the council was held im-mediately after the election of officers,when Mr. Maynard was appointed treasurer,and a committee consisting of Messrs. Mc-Lagan, Ferguson, Dufton, Buckingham andSteinhoff was appointed to revise the bylaws,and bring up a recommendation at the nextregular meeting of the board.
