Macaque monkeys seen eating rambutan in Lopburi province, north of Bangkok. After catching the Lopburi monkeys in a cage, staff will anesthetize the unsterilized monkeys then check, examine them for skin diseases, wounds and collect blood to test for diseases transmitted to humans such as malaria. Once the history of the monkeys is complete, they will be recuperated and released into the cages at the Bodhi Kao Ton Monkey Park.
