LONDON, UK: THE HIDDEN remains of one of London’s best preserved abandoned Victorian railway stations has been captured by a group of awestruck visitors to the capital. The spectacular images show crumbling, overgrown remains of the station which was constructed in 1867. Highgate Underground station remains in use but the passenger service ceased to use the surface station in the early 1950s although freight traffic continued until shots were taken by a group of urban explorers known as WildBoyz as they took a trip down to London from the North East.
