SANTA RITA, Guam (Aug. 15, 2018) Capt. Steven Stasick, commodore 30th Naval Construction Regiment, returns a salute from Lt. Peter Smagur, Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 1, Det. Guam, officer-in-charge, during a relief in place/transfer of authority (RIP/TOA) ceremony. During the ceremony, NMCB 11 Det. Guam was relieved by NMCB 1 Det. Guam. NMCB 11 Det. Guam successfully completed a six-month deployment to Guam, during which they completed many construction projects throughout the Indo-Pacific region.
