The church of Sant Cristòfol de Tavertet (San Cristóbal de Tavertet) is located in the term of Tavertet in the region of Osona, in Spain. It appears documented, in the year 1070, as the possession of the Viscount of Cardona and was consecrated to Saint Christopher. Originally from the 11th century, it consisted of a single nave with a barrel vault, followed and reinforced by three transverse arches that divided it into four sections and a semicircular apse with a quarter-sphere vault. During the 12th and 13th centuries, the nave was lengthened and the bell tower was added, with a cross-shaped window. In the lateral Romanesque wall, through three semicircular arches, the lateral nave with Gothic arches was opened. In the Episcopal Museum of Vic there is a wooden lip vault and the central plate of a processional cross, both from the 13th century.
