Line control equipment made by the Railway SIgnal Company in the signal box at Bassendean Railway Museum. The Railway Signal Company was based at Fazakerley in Liverpool, UK. The RS Co became part of Westinghouse in 1920 until its closure in 1974. Founded as Livesey and Edwards the company opened in 1881. The company made traditional signalling equipment right through until the 1950s and 60s when it diversified into household appliances.
