A rare double matchlock, Nuremberg, circa 1550. Slightly tapered lockplate with a small Nuremberg proof mark on the right side. Spring-loaded match and goose-necked snaphaunce lock with a long trigger or trigger bar. Length of the lock plate 21 cm.
