LTG Steven Gilland, Superintendent of the United States Military Academy met with service members assigned to the New York National Guard’s 24th Weapons of Mass Destruction Civil Support Team on US Army Garrison Fort Hamilton, Brooklyn, NY on February 3, 2023.
