Marine Corps Gunnery Sgt. Victor Ney, the bandmaster of the 1st Marine Division Band, rehearses with the Northern Colorado Caledonia Pipe Band, Centennial State Pipes and Drums, the Delta Police Pipe Band and the 1st Marine Division Band at the Stanley Park Fairground for the 42nd annual Longs Peak Highland Festival in Estes Park, Colorado, Sept. 5, 2018. The festival will take place from Sept. 6-9 to celebrate Scottish and Irish heritage through a variety of traditional athletic games, jousting competitions, music, and dancing.
