Command Sgt. Maj. Robert Sturdahl, Commandant of the 243rd Regional Training Institute (RTI), thanks Command Sgt. Maj. (Ret.) Thomas Rezendes, for his dedication and support to the Rhode Island Army National Guard Military Police Corps on August 7, 2016 at Quonset, The RTI trains Soldiers from all over the including members of the Rhode Island Army National Guard.
