Cologne, the Muelheim Bridge is being renovated. In the foreground you can see the flooding of the Rhine. The Muelheim Bridge is a suspension bridge over the Rhine and connects the Cologne districts of Muelheim and Riehl. It was the first bridge to be painted in the patina green colour that later became known as Cologne Bridge Green and is the first bridge in Germany with an orthotropic deck.
