BARRIGADA, Guam – Army Sergeant 1st Class William Sherrow, the noncommissioned officer in-charge for Detachment 5, 368th Military Police Company, 9th Mission Support Command, gives his remarks to family members, friends and fellow Soldiers during a deployment ceremony at the Guam Army National Guard Assembly Hall on Saturday, Sept. 24. The detachment made history by becoming the first Army reserve unit to successfully mobilize and deploy out of Guam.
