The cathedral is now part of the State Museum-Preserve of Polotsk and is used as a concert hall. There are rumours the building may return to being a Russian Orthodox Church Polotsk is in Belarus, situated on the Dvina River. It is the center of the Polatsk Raion in Vitsebsk Voblast. Its population is around 83000.
