The cannon boat Svensksund arrives at Karlskrona on September 30, 1930. On board are the remains of the three Polarmen Salomon August Andrée, Knut Fraenkel and Nils Strindberg, disappeared since the Andrée expedition disappeared in 1897 and found on Vitön in the summer of 1930. After the stop in Karlskrona continued Svenskron to Stockholm where the solemn funeral happened.
