The Occident Cup, of the value of not less than $250, to be added by the Society. Mile heats, three in five, to harness. First colt to receive cup and six- tenths; second colt, three-tenths, and third colt, one-tenth of the stakes. Five to enter, three to start. A horse not winning" a heat in the first three shall not start for the fourth heat unless said horse shall have made a dead heat; but horses so ruled out shall have a right to share in the prize according to their rank in the summary at the close of their last heat.
