Mr. Haynes graduated at Kimball UnionAcademy, Meriden, N. H., in 1859; in 1859 ne entered thelaw office of Bonney & Marshall at Lowell as a student oflaw ; was admitted to the Middlesex bar in 1861 ; commencedpractice in Asburnham in 1862, but in 1863 returned to Towns-end and opened a law office, remaining there till 1868, whenhe removed to Fitchburg-.
