The eye is then irri-gated with normal saline or 3])er cent, boric acid presenting loss of tissuewill be colored green. If tlebrisor secretion is present, it willbe colored yellow or yellowishgreen. Eosin and toluidin blue(\easey) may be employed inthe same manner and for thesame purpose.
