The "victims of saving banks" take to the streets against the government, the Bank of Italy is: about two hundred investors gathered in Via Nazionale, opposite the Palazzo delle Esposizioni, to protest against the decree which wiped shares and subordinated bonds CariFerrara, CariChieti, Banca Marche and Banca Etruria. The protesters gathered near Palazzo Koch, home of the Bank.
