Protesters against a UK 'Dash to Gas' and fracking for shale gas, marching on the streets of Lytham St Annes en-route to Caudrilla’s Drill Site Anna's Road, off North Houses Lane, St Annes, Blackpool, Lancashire. Anti-fracking protesters want drilling to stop until risks are fully assessed.


Cuadrilla, one of four with a permit to search for shale gas in Britain, has 10 sites so far, most of which are in Lancashire, Homeowners in the Fylde coast area, which extends from Lytham and St Annes at its southern most point to Knott End and Preesall in the north, have reported problems even before gas extraction commences.
