Rows of Cactuses Textural Perspective Blur Background at Wirikuta Desert Botanical Garden Puerto Los Cabos Mexico 1,000s Cacti
These are some of the last outdoor shots at Wirikuta Desert Botanical Garden. As you move through the garden; there are a thousands and thousands of Cacti. Overwhelmingly beautiful and mesmerizing with all the repeating patterns; I spent about hours photographing these plant and rock patterns in the main garden. These cactuses are able to survive under the scorching Mexican sun. I felt this series of images would work well in display art, design, advertising, wallpaper etc. I enjoyed pushing the focal perspective of these resilient plants as the image blurs to infinity. There is a peaceful silent stillness to these zen-like photographs and in-turn to my life after my experience at Wirikuta. According to : The Wirikuta Garden is Home to over 1500 varieties of desert plants from around the world, the Wirikuta is a botanical desert garden designed to honor both the cactus in its many forms and the cultures and traditions of Mexico's Indigenous peoples. Home to more than 1,000,000 plants, including a labyrinth of 1000 bonsai bougainvilleas, the Wirikuta also includes three pyramids built from massive granite boulders. The sacred geometry of the design will impress as you wander through the acres of meticulously planted botanicals, learning about desert plants from around the world. As an event facility, the Wirikuta offers creative possibilities that will leave your guests dazzled by the magic.
