The Airmen and other members of the 116th CES are in Yerevan for a European Command Humanitarian Civic Assistance project. During the project, civil engineers from the 116th Air Control Wing and a structural craftsman from the 461st Air Control Wing worked in partnership with the Armenian people to renovate a Yerevan elderly institution. The renovation provided crucial skill-set training for the civil engineers while continuing the long-lasting friendship between the Armenian people and the citizens of the United States. Several Airmen from the 116th CES spent time with Armenian workers on Embassy projects to receive additional career-field training.
