UNITED STATES - June 10, 2017: Mejias Garcia wins the 20th Armed Forces Cycling Classic Clarendon Cup. The race is part of USA Cycling's National Criterium Calendar, and has been the Washington DC region's premier Pro/Am race since 1998.
