Picture dated November 28th shows Ely Cathedral in Cambridgeshire, known as the Ship of the Fens, shrouded by early morning fog on Monday. Majestic Ely Cathedral was seen shrouded in fog this morning (Mon) after temperatures across the UK dipped overnight. The cathedral, known as the Ship of the Fens, looked like it was rising out of the misty Cambridgeshire Fens as much of England saw a chilly start to the day, with overnight frost. The fog will be slow to clear in some places, according to the Met Office, and scattered showers will continue to affect southern and western areas. Elsewhere it will be dry with sunny spells.
