Horse balks at crossing the Pixaim River, Pantanal, Brazil

Every year in the fall in the Pantanal they have a festival called Cavalgada do Cavalo Pantaneiro (Cavalcade of Pantanal Horses) where ~150 horses and riders party and whoop it up and ride from fazenda to fazenda across the Pixaim River. It is a ribald occasion with lots of drinking, selfies and hilarity as people fall off their horses into the river. This young man resorted to leading his horse across the river after it balked him off.
