Neo-Gothic bossed bowl, resting on four lions, crowned by a pelican (with finely crafted feathers), vulning her breast to feed her offspring. Below in the centre the surrounding dedication inscription (tr.) "Prize of honour of the city of Stuttgart for the scenic flight over Germany, 31 May - 9 June 1925".
