A "victim" of a mock disaster in the Atacama Desert of northern Chile is next to be treated by US Air Force Pararescue and Chilean Commandos during the mass casualty exercise CHILE TCA 2000, involving the California Air National Guard and medical personnel from Wilford Hall Medical Center, Lackland Air Force Base, Texas, working with the Fuerza Aerea de Chile. The disaster response exercise was part of an exchange begun in 1995 between the California Air National Guard and the Fuerza Aerea de Chile.
