CHICAGO (Dec. 19, 2018) Lieutenant Commander Robert J. Coats conducts members of nine Navy fleet bands and the Naval School of Music during a presentation at the Midwest Clinic International Band and Orchestra Conference in Chicago. The presentation offered Navy musicians the opportunity to connect with people who may not regularly see Navy Sailors.
