In short, each advisory councilwill be a provincial parliament of the new Hep-tarchy into which the country is to be dividedfor purposes of agricultural education. Thecounty-units of the province are to form agri-cultural education committees, which shall directthe work in the county. The committee may bea sub-committee of the county agricultural com-mittee, or a special committee of the CountyCouncil or of a group of County Councils. It.
