W. N. C. PROVIDENCE. The Market. The market has dropped slightly dur- ing tlie week, although prices still hold up well and there is a more settled con- dition. The demand is still apace with the supply and stock of all grades every day witnesses a clean-up. Funeral work continues active, for which there is an increasing call for artificial stuff.
