Mark Vaughn, Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa deputy director of civil military operations, and Omar, a Discover and Aid Nature Animal Refuge groundskeeper, trim tree branches at the refuge in Djibouti, Djibouti, Feb. 19. The volunteer crew from Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, routinely comes to the refuge to trim trees and clear prosopis brush out of the way for the animals at the refuge.
