Star tables for Draco. 13th-century Islamic manuscript pages with tables giving the names and co-ordinates of the stars in the constellation of Draco. The text is in Arabic. These manuscript pages are from 'Suwar al-kawakib' (1417), a later copy of a work commonly known as 'Book of the Fixed Stars'. This work was originally written in around 964 by the 10th-century Persian Islamic astronomer Abd al-Rahman al-Sufi. For the illustration of this constellation, see image C026/8364.
