Medieval "Judensau" (jewish pig), anti-semitic mockery of the Jews, at the city church of St. Mary in Wittenberg/Germany, city of the church reformer Martin Luther. The relief, which was placed around the year 1300, shows a pig, on whose teats people are sucking. These, as well as the man who looks the sow in the anus, should be Jews. By abusing Jews should be intended to dicourage jews from settling in the city and nearby.
