Jacobson, give a speech during Beyond the Horizon 2012 closing ceremony held at the Regional Training Command for Peacekeeping Operations (CREOMPAZ) held June 27, in Coban, province of Alta Verapaz, Guatemala. Beyond the Horizon 2012 is a Army South exercise deploying military engineers and medical professionals to Guatemala and Honduras for training, while providing services to rural communities. BTH, conducted annually, is part of Southern Commands (SOUTHCOM) humanitarian and civic assistance program.
